Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fun786 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method within 30 business days.
